Although the weather is suppose to warm up significantly, this past week was HUGE in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Come on up to Alta and enjoy spring skiing on the deepest snowpak in years. The Arc'Teryx Quiver Backpack is more of a functional sling bag than a normal backpack. The over the shoulder set up allows you to spin the pack around providing quick and easy access to skins, shovels, probes and other necessities. So instead of taking this pack off, like you'd have to with a typical backpack, you simply spin the Quiver around and grab what you need. The quiver is very light, weighing only 1lb 10oz and its 670 cubic inches of storage is just enough to hold your backcountry necessities mentioned above. It is also hydration compatible, but it does not come with a bladder.
