your feet warm. They reverted back to the classic wool materials and figured out how to make it non-itchy.
As they say, the rest is history and SmartWool now manufactures its special wool blended socks for just
about every outdoor activity, obviously including several different models of ski socks.
SmartWool's unique blends of natural and synthetic fibers keep your feet dry and insulated throughout a day of skiing.
The use of flat-loop toe seams reduce hot spots around your toes.
The SmartWool Ultra Light Ski Sock (58% wool, 38% nylon, 4% elastic)is the best choice for folks who
wear tight-fitting high-performance boots.
The SmartWool Ski Racing Light Sock (66% Wool, 29% nylon, 5% spandex) are cushioned in the shin and heel to
help prevent shin-bang, but are thin with flat seams for the best feel in tight-fitting boots.
Smartwool's Light Ski Sock (70% Wool, 28% nylon, 2% spandex)
provides lightweight cushioning in the shin area and a bit more wool all the way around then the ultralight sock.
Smartwool's Medium Ski Sock (75% Wool, 21% nylon, 4% spandex) provides medium shin-cushioning and is about
as thick of a sock as you should use in your ski boots.
