Although the weather is suppose to warm up significantly, this past week was HUGE in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Come on up to Alta and enjoy spring skiing on the deepest snowpak in years. February 2008 Pic Of The Month Photo by Mark John, circa 1971 Picture of Alta during my spring break in March of 1971. This is the ski season before Snowbird opened. Sixteen of us from North Park College (now University) in Chicago, IL, rented a place at Merback Lodge ($160/week total, or $10 per person per week!) at Brighton.
