This freestyle bindings flexible heel loop actually tightens and wraps around your foot when you strap in, which creates increased response and comfort. The progressive lateral flex allows you to tweak tricks like mad too. A steel rod integrated into highback connects to a wire that wraps around the heel cup and down into the binding. This system transfers every ounce of your energy to the board on heelside turns, whether in powder or the park. Salomon used their running shoe technology in the Smart Sole EVA padding on the baseplate to provide a smooth, cushioned ride.
