Alta Skiing Info
AltaCam is a site featuring information about life and powder skiing in Alta, Utah. What a powder-filled year season it was. Still, the LCC locals couldn't get enough. In fact at the time of this posting, Snowbird is STILL open and Alta still has a 100+ inch base! Enjoy the summer months, and see you soon. (posted June 8, 2008)

LEKI Super Makalu COR-TEC PA Antishock Trekking Poles - 1 Pair

Retail Price: $139.95

Perhaps you dont relish the idea of messing with an on/off switch for the shock-absorbing features on your trekking poles. Welcome to Lekis Super Makalu COR-TEC PA Antishock Trekking Poles. Leki made this pair of poles with spring pitches that are limited to 10mm, so the poles absorb shock on the way down without zapping your strength on the uphill hike. The COR-TEC handles feel cool when youre sweating but wont remind you of icicles when its chilly outside, and these handles have slight bends that relieve stress on your wrist joints.
