Alta Skiing Info
AltaCam is a site featuring information about life and powder skiing in Alta, Utah. What a powder-filled year season it was. Still, the LCC locals couldn't get enough. In fact at the time of this posting, Snowbird is STILL open and Alta still has a 100+ inch base! Enjoy the summer months, and see you soon. (posted June 8, 2008)

Lifeline Base Camp First Aid Kit

Youre not looking to bring an operating table and a bone-saw with you to base camp, but you would like a comprehensive kit thatll take care of swelling, cuts, and stings, and thatll help prevent infection. Pack the Lifeline Base Camp First Aid Kit. The Base Camp Kits first-aid booklet helps in case your outdoor doctoring knowledge goes out the window at the first sight of blood. An instant cold compress, tweezers, scissors, plenty of different-sized bandages and gauze pads, antibiotic ointments, and ibuprofen tablets help with minor injuries. Vinyl gloves let you take care of your buddys cuts without making him sign an I-wont-infect-you-with-a-blood-disease affidavit first.
