With a 2-ply HyVent waterproof exterior and premium PrimaLoft One synthetic insulation, the Insulated Monsoon has cold coastal weather written all over it. A detachable hood allows this puffy rain shell to move from foul weather into plain old cold weather, and a hem cinch cord seals out wind.
