Alta Skiing Info
AltaCam is a site featuring information about life and powder skiing in Alta, Utah. What a powder-filled year season it was. Still, the LCC locals couldn't get enough. In fact at the time of this posting, Snowbird is STILL open and Alta still has a 100+ inch base! Enjoy the summer months, and see you soon. (posted June 8, 2008)

Maui Jim Koa Sunglasses - Titanium Polarized

The Maui Jim Koa sunglasses are a stunning combination of science and fashion. The Koa comes from one of the companys highest performance sunglass lines: Maui Jim Titanium ST (SuperThin). The Koa sets itself apart by appealing to consumers who want all the benefits of glasscrisp optics and scratch resistancewithout the weight. The SuperThin lenses are 20% thinner than conventional laminate glass lenses, and the frame is made from one of the most durable, lightweight metals on the planet: titanium. Of course, the SuperThin lens also features PolarizedPlus Technology and optically correct, distortion free vision. A polarized lens primary function is to reduce glarethat is, light reflected from a flat surface which greatly diminishes color and contrast. A body of water, a windshield, and even an asphalt road are all notorious producers of polarized light. Polarized lenses are most useful when trying to see through these reflecting surfaces, like when fishing, boating, or driving. Maui Jim sunglasses feature one of the most effective polarized lenses on the market. They are lightweight, tough, and very stylish.
